4 years ago on November 22nd, 2010 my friends Michael and Charlene opened the Gaufre Gourmet Food Cart! They did so with the hope that someday they would be able to see their brand new business grew into a brick and mortar establishment.
Food Cart Dreams Do Come True!
On Saturday November 22nd, 2014 four years to the day, Charlene and Micheal are going to have the Grand Opening of Gigi’s Cafe – their brand new restaurant!
The Food!
Gigi’s Cafe is soon going to become the Hillsdale neighborhood’s best brunch spot!
You will find the same glorious Liege style waffles that are at the Gaufre Gourmet Food Cart and you will also find a number of wonderful new menu items!

Corned beef Hash
I have sampled a number of these dishes! They are very good! If you like Corned beef Hash I highly encourage you to order the hash that Micheal has created! So rich and flavorful! I love it!!!
